Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident using NewoHQ. If something isn't working for you, reach out — we'd rather find a solution than lose you as a customer.

1. Platform Subscriptions

NewoHQ subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.

Monthly plans: You may cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial months.

Annual plans: If you cancel within 14 days of your annual renewal and have not made significant use of the platform during that period, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused months. After 14 days, no refund is issued for the remaining period.

2. Free Trial

NewoHQ offers a free trial period. No payment is required during the trial. You will only be charged when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan. There is nothing to refund if you cancel during your trial.

3. Congregation Donations

Donations made by congregation members through your church's NewoHQ-powered giving page are transactions between donors and your church — not between donors and NewoHQ. Refund requests for donations should be directed to the church that received the donation.

If you are a church admin and need to refund a donation to a member, you can initiate a refund through your Stripe dashboard. Stripe's standard refund policies apply. Processing fees may not be recoverable.

Church admins: contact your Stripe dashboard to issue donation refunds. NewoHQ does not handle donation refund requests directly.

4. Store Purchases

Purchases made through a church's NewoHQ store are between the buyer and the church. Return and refund policies are set by each church individually. Buyers should contact the church directly for store purchase refunds.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of NewoHQ after changes constitutes acceptance.
